摘要
目的观察5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法(ALA-PDT)联合维A酸乳膏治疗阴阜尖锐湿疣的疗效及安全性。方法选取2016年2月至2017年2月阴阜部尖锐湿疣患者120例,采用随机对照方法将患者分为治疗组和对照组,每组60例。治疗组用光动力联合维A酸乳膏治疗,对照组单纯运用光动力治疗,比较2组患者的有效率及复发率。结果联合治疗组有效率和复发率为96.67%和6.12%,对照组有效率和复发率为93.33%和10.87%。其有效率与复发率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),2组患者均未发生明显的不良反应。结论光动力联合维A酸乳膏治疗尖锐湿疣有效率高,复发率低。
Objective To investigate the curative effects and safety of aminolevulinic acid-photodynamic therapy(ALA-PDT)combined with tretinoin cream in treatment of condyloma acuminatum(CA).Methods A total of 120 patients with condyloma acuminatum who were treated in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were enrolled in the study,who were randomly divided into two groups,with 60 patients in each group.The patients in observation group were treated by photodynamic therapy combined with tretinoin cream,however,thepatients in control group,were treated by simple photodynamic therapy.The effective rate and relapse rate were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate and relapse rate in observation group were 96.67%and 6.12%,which in control group were 93.33%and 10.87%,respectively,there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Moreover no obvious adverse effects were observed in both groups.Conclusion PDT combined with tretinoin cream can obtain satisfactory curative effects in treating CA,with lower relapse rate.
