摘要
采用发光二极管(LED)调制光质和光量,研究不同光质对白菜萌发和生长的影响。结果表明:各光质处理均利于白菜幼苗可溶性蛋白质的形成。蓝光处理对白菜幼苗可溶性蛋白质、可溶性糖及维生素C含量均有促进作用。蓝光处理提高白菜幼苗过氧化物酶活力,红光处理提高白菜幼苗过氧化氢酶活力,各光质处理均未对白菜幼苗造成逆境伤害。
The effects of different light quality distribution of light-emitting diode (LED) on growth and physiological characteristics of cabbage were studied. The results showed that all light quality can improve the soluble protein content of cabbage seedings. The blue light was beneficial to form soluble protein, soluble sugar and Vc of cabbage seedlings. The peroxidase activity of cabbage seedlings under blue LED light source were the highest. The red light is beneficial to improve catalase activity of cabbage seedlings. All light quality treatments do not form stress damage on cabbage seedlings.
