摘要
介绍了一片式双相不锈钢球阀螺纹连接,其螺纹副之间容易发生咬合现象,通过结合工厂实际生产CD3MN双相不锈钢阀门和进行实验,提出预防咬合的措施和对策。经过实验结果和生产,在保证密封的情况下,避免了螺纹的咬合现象。
The article introduces the threaded connection of duplex stainless steel one-piece ball valve, screw thread between vice prone to bite phenomenon. By combining actual production factory CD3MN duplex stainless steel valves and experinaent, and put forward prevention measures and countermeasures of the occlusion. Through the experimental results and the actual prnduction, in the case of guarantee seal, avoids the thread occlusion phenomenon.
