摘要
通过对卫生领域的经典胜任力模型构建方法及"互联网+"时代基于大数据的胜任力模型构建方法的阐述,重点分析了行为事件访谈、问卷调查法、德尔菲法、工作分析法、情景法等各构建方法的优势和不足,并对日后卫生领域的构建胜任力模型方法进行了展望,提出建模方法应本土化,并且要多维度构建模型。
This paper introduces the classical methods of building competency model and the construction method of competency model based on large data in "Internet +"era in health sector. The advantages and disadvantages of each construction method such as behavioral event interview, questionnaire, Delphi, job analysis and scenario analysis are discussed and the direction and methods of constructing competency model in health sector focusing on localization and multi-dimension in future are also analyzed.
