机械化矿岩分采某锡矿山缓倾斜薄矿脉 被引量:5

Mechanized Mining of Gently Inclined Thin Vein After Mining the Rock Mass of A Tin Mine

摘要 缓倾斜薄矿脉脉内空间小,制约了机械化回采效率的提升。传统电耙出矿矿石损失大、贫化率高、回采经济效益差。通过运用先采矿体底板围岩,再回采矿体的矿岩分采方式可增加回采空间,为机械化开采创造条件。阐述了机械化矿岩分采技术方案原理,并以某锡矿山缓倾斜薄矿脉为例,讨论了回采工艺流程及相关技术措施。研究表明:机械化矿岩分采缓倾斜薄矿脉较传统电耙出矿方式能有效提高矿石回收率和回采效率,降低贫化率,对于高效回采类似矿体有一定的借鉴价值。 The space within the gently inclined vines is small,which restricting the improvement mechanical mining efficiency of the veins. By using the traditional electric rake,the ore loss and dilution rate are both high,and the economic benefit is poor. The mining space can be increased by mining the rock mass of the bottom of the ore-body before mining the ore-body,so as to provide the favorable conditions of mechanized mining. The principal of rock mass and ore-body mechanized mining separately is discussed,and taking the gently inclined tin vein of a tin mine as the study example,the mining process flow and some relative technical measures are analyzed in detail. The study results show that the ore recovery rate and mining efficiency of the gently inclined tin vein can be effectively improved and the dilution rate is also decreased by using the rock mass and ore-body mechanical mining scheme rather than traditional electric rake,which can provide some reliable basis for safety mining the similar ore-bodies.
