摘要
教师绩效评价是我国高校管理的重要组成部分,本文主要从绩效评价的操作模式、指标体系和综合评价方法三个方面,对现有研究文献进行了梳理和评论。目前的绩效评价模式教师主动参与不够,指标体系过于复杂且部分指标不具有可操作性,实证研究缺乏对不同综合评价结果的比较分析。
Teachers' performance evaluation is an important part of university management. This paper makes a general survey and comment on literatures, which includes evaluation mode, index system, and comprehensive evaluation methods. The results show that teachers should participate the campaign actively, index system should be operable, and empirical results should be compared by different evaluation methods.
