摘要
圆顶阀是一种专门用于控制粉尘物料输送的特殊阀门,以其独特的无接触运行和良好的密封性能被应用于顶吹炉粉煤喷吹系统,在粉煤喷吹系统自动化控制中起着重要作用。介绍了圆顶阀的结构、工作原理和性能特点。通过圆顶阀的工作原理和结构特点,结合工作实践总结出了其故障排除方法,并提出日常使用注意事项。
Dome valve is a kind of special valve which is specifically use for controlling of the dust material conveyance, which is applied on coal spraying system in top - blow converter for its unique no contact operation and good sealing performance, which plays and important role in the automatic control of the coal spraying system. The struetttre, working principle and perfermance features are introduced in this paper. The daily usage considerations are proposed through the working principle and structural features of dome valve, and the troubleshooting methods are proposed combining with the working practice.
