摘要
针对兰州铝厂自备电厂3×300MW机组正压浓相气力输灰系统调试期间出现的堵管问题,分析了输灰系统堵管的原因,并提出了输灰系统防堵管措施及堵塞疏通方法,可为电厂除灰运行人员判断堵管原因、采取快捷的处理措施提供参考。
The pipe blockage occurs during the debugging and operating period of dense phase pneumatic ash-conveying system in 3×300 MW units of the power plant of Lanzhou aluminum plant.The causes are analyzed,and the preventive counter-measures and solutions proposed accordingly,providing guidance to the operators for judging reasons and adopting effective measurements.
