摘要
高校内部教学督导是我国高校一项传统的教学质量管理工作,是我国高校正在探索、推进并正在完善的中国特色的教学质量管理制度。通过对几年来的访谈和所搜集到的文献资料的分析,本研究发现:高校内部教学督导在组织架构、队伍建设、工作职责与内容、工作方法和实际效果等方面需要加强研究,形成基本共识;高校内部教学督导作为一项传统的质量管理活动仍有独特价值和生命力,但是应该适应形势发展,适时做出反应,在高校本科教学质量保障体系中准确定位,如此会呈现出良好的发展前景。
Supervising and inspecting teaching and learning activities is a traditional way to assure quality in Chi nese higher education sector. It has been undergoing development and improvement, with Chinese characteris- tics. Based on the findings of longitudinal interviews and document analysis, this study reveals that the system of Supervision and Inspection of Teaching and I.earning has its unique value and vitality and it works well as a traditional quality assurance mechanism. There is a need to explore and clarify this system's organizational structure, team building, job responsibilities, work content, work method and real outcomes, in order to meet the changing needs of higher education institutions in China.
