摘要
在国家提出"教育现代化2030"的背景下,高职院校更应在教育实践中彰显人道性、多样性、生产性与专业性,抓住内外部环境变化带来的发展机遇,大力培养国家及社会所需的创新型人才。高职院校要克服固有的需求性偏差、目标定位不清晰、培养氛围淡薄、师资水平不高等问题,将创新意识融入人才培养观念中,打造符合供给侧需求的课程结构,形成以学生为主体的教学模式,构建有效的制度保障体系,实现全方位的创新发展,奠定创新型人才培养的基础。
Under the background of the country＇s educational modernization 2030,higher vocational colleges should show the humanity,diversity,productivity and professionalism in education practice,seize the development opportunities brought by internal and external environmental changes,and vigorously cultivate the innovative talents needed by the country and the society. Vocational colleges should overcome the inherent needs of the bias,unclear target,weak atmosphere,and low quaility of teachers,put the concept of innovation into the concept of personnel training,meet the needs of the supply side of the curriculum structure,form student-centered teaching system,build an effective system of security system to achieve all-round innovation and development,and lay the foundation for innovative talents training.
