摘要
针对现有高职教育质量保障体系凸显的问题,探究影响高职教育质量的因素,并针对这些因素提出构建高职院校教育质量保障体系的基本框架。为使该体系覆盖全面、结构科学,分别从目标体系、组织管理、检查监督、质量评价和信息反馈等方面构建相应的功能模块,进而从政府、市场、社会三个层面阐述了高职教育质量外部保障体系构建的必要性。
Aiming at the existing problems in the quality guarantee system of higher vocational education, this paper explores the factors affecting the quality of higher vocational education,and puts forward the basic framework of constructing the quality guarantee system of higher vocational education according to these factors. In order to make the system more comprehensive and scientific, the corresponding functional modules are constructed from the target system, organization and management, inspection and supervision, quality evaluation and information feedback. And then, this paper expounds the necessity of constructing the external guarantee system of higher vocational education quality, from three aspects of government, market and society.
