摘要
本文测试了在含H2S的水溶液中两种X70输送管的母材及焊缝的应力腐蚀和腐蚀疲劳性能,讨论了钢的成分、焊缝区的退火热处理和波动应力对H2S致应力腐蚀开裂的影响。还测试了在四种介质中一种X70母材的疲劳裂纹扩展速率和三种介质中的极化曲线,讨论了表面状态与腐蚀疲劳裂纹扩展的关系。
The performand of stress corrosion and corrosion fatigue of the parent metal and weld of two types X70 transportation pipes in the medium of H2S-containing have been tested. The inflence of chemical composition annealing of weld and fluctuating stress on SSC have been discussed. The propagation of fatigue crack of the parent metal of a X70 in four types medium and the polarization curves of the parent metal in three types medium have been tested, too. The relation between surface state and the propagation of corrosion fatigue crack have been discussed, too.
