摘要
TLP浮式平台是国际上深水油气田开发应用最多的生产平台之一。其关键设备张力腿的海上安装是TLP平台施工的重要环节。以流花16-2 TLP平台为例,研究了张力腿海上安装方法及施工工序,进行了张力腿海上安装的运动过程数值分析,总结归纳不同海况条件对张力腿安装过程的影响,提出张力腿支撑临时浮筒的绑扎是保证张力腿自由站立工况安全的基本条件,为工程实践提供理论支撑及技术指导,对TLP平台的真正实施有很大的推动意义。
The TLP platform is an important type of floating system used in deepwater oil and gas field development.Tendon is one of the key equipment of TLP,its installation is an important part of the TLP platform construction.Taking tendon installation of the TLP16-2 in Liuhua Oilfield for example,this paper studies the tendon installation method and construction procedure,conducts the numerical analysis of tendon motion during installation,summarizes the influences of different environment conditions on tendon installation process,points out that the temporary tie-back of tendon support buoy is the basic measure to ensure the safety of tendon in free standing condition.This study has certain reference for practical TLP installation project.
