摘要
应力幅值是评估疲劳寿命的关键数据之一,对于海洋平台局部构造应力幅值的计算结果依赖于ANSYS有限元分析的网格精度和热点应力外推方法。对海洋平台局部构造模型不同网格精度和不同外推方法对热点应力幅值的影响进行了研究,网格精度对应力幅值影响较大,外推方法的影响不明显。给出的网格精度和外推方法建议可为海洋平台局部构造疲劳寿命评估提供参考。
The calculation of stress amplitude which is a key data of the fatigue life assessment depends on the grid precision and hot spot stress extrapolation method in the ANSYS finite element analysis of the local constructions of the offshore platforms.The impact on the hot spot stress amplitude of the local constructions of the offshore platforms was discussed by the different grids and different extrapolation methods.The results showed that the grid precision very affected the stress amplitude and the impact of the extrapolation method was not obvious.The advices of the research on the grid precision and hot spot stress extrapolation method could provide guidance on the fatigue life assessment of the local constructions of the offshore platforms for the future.
