摘要
目的探讨优质护理对肝硬化上消化道出血患者护理效果。方法随机选取2014年1月—2016年12月内蒙古科技大学包头医学院第一附属医院消化科收治的60例肝硬化伴上消化道出血患者。随机将60例患者分为观察组和对照组,各30例。观察组给予优质护理干预,对照组给予常规护理干预,观察两组患者的止血时间、出血量、并发症、生活质量等情况。结果观察组患者的出血量(446.75±20.77)m L、对照组患者的出血量(680.86±35.68)m L,观察组的止血时间,差异有统计学意义(29.65±4.62)h、对照组(36.87±5.59)h,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)观察组患者的并发症及出血量发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者的生活质量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取优质护理干预能够明显改善肝硬化伴消化道出血患者的临床疗效,提高患者的生活质量,值得在临床上推广和使用。
Objective This paper tries to observe the effect of high quality nursing care in patients with liver cirrhosis and upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Methods 60 patients with liver cirrhosis and upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage admitted in this hospital from January 2014 to December 2016 were random selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 30 cases in each group. The observation group adopted high quality nursing intervention, the control group adopted routine nursing intervention. Hemostasis time, amount of bleeding, complications and life quality of the two groups were compared. Results The blood loss in the observation group was(446.75±20.77)m L, and that in the control group was(680.86±35.68)m L, The hemostasis time of the observation group was(29.65±4.62)h, and the control group was(36.87±5.59)h, which was statistically significant(P<0.05). The complication rate and the amount of bleeding in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and there was statistical significance(P<0.05). The quality of life in the observation group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing intervention can significantly improve the clinical efficacy in patients with liver cirrhosis and upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage, can improve the quality of life of patients and is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
