摘要
采用微波消化技术及自行设计的微量滴定装置,对一个分析化学设计实验—奶制品中的钙含量测定进行了改进。实验结果表明,本法与常量法无显著性差异。与传统的消化方法及常量滴定法相比,该法具有操作简单、快速、节省试剂、环境污染小等优点,符合21世纪绿色化学的要求。同时也可以激发学生的实验兴趣,提高学生的创新能力和创新意识。
The determination of calcium content in dairy products was improved by microwave digestion and self-designed micro-titration devices.The experimental results showed that there was no significant difference between this method and the original method.Compared with traditional methods of digestion and general titration,this method had the advantages of simple operation,quick speed,reagent saving and environment benign,which accorded with the concept of green chemistry.At the same time,it also improved students' experimental interest and gave full opportunities to students' ability of independent ability and innovation.
