一株漫水河百合内生菌的分离、鉴定及代谢产物活性研究

摘要 以安徽省霍山县漫水河百合健康新鲜鳞茎为研究对象,经过分离纯化筛选出一株内生菌株BF2,经菌落形态学和分子生物学鉴定BF2菌株属于散囊菌目踝节菌属Talaromyce;采用正交实验优化组合发酵,代谢产物通过滤纸片法得到对大肠杆菌与金黄色葡萄球菌最大抑制圈分别为3.05cm和3.26cm,最佳培养基组合为:NaNO30.6g;胰蛋白胨2g;葡萄糖25g和(NH4)2SO41.5g。 An endophytic strain named BF2 was isolated and purified from the healthy and fresh bulbs of the lily in the Manshuihe in Huoshan,Anhui province,and the strain was identified to belong to the Talaromyce genus of Eurotiales according to colonial morphology and Molecular biology methods. The optimum combination ferments were adopted using orthogonal experiment , and the maximum inhibition loops formed by the metabolites againtt E. coii and Staphylococcus aureus were 3. 05 cm and 3. 26 cm, respectively. The optimum medium combination was: NaNO3 , Tryptone, Glucose,and (NH4) SO4 were 0. 6 g ,2 g ,25g and 1. 5 g,respectively.
