摘要
农村集体土地所有权建库对完善农村地籍管理,并为后续开展的不动产登记工作提供重要的基础数据。文中以河北省武强县农村集体土地所有权确权登记颁证项目为例,归纳、分析了农村集体土地所有权建库过程中的方法,以及数据库质量检查内容,为从事各类土地管理工作者提供参考。
Rural collective land ownersliip building provided important basic data to improve the rural cadastral man-agement ,and to carry out follow - up real estate registration worlc. In the paper, taking Wuqiang County of Hebei province rural collective land ownership registration certification project as an exampthe rural collective land ownership building the database and check the quality of the content were generalized andanalyzed providing the reference for workers engaged in various types of land management.
