摘要
日本农业协同组合(以下简称为日本农协)作为日本农村覆盖面最广的农业组织,对日本的农业经济的发展起到重要的作用。文章在对相关文献进行综述的基础上,分析了日本农协发展的外部经济性及其具体表现,理性看待日本农协发展的优势和特色,探析日本农协发展过程中所产生的经济、社会和环境等方面的影响,结合日本福冈县彩虹农协发展的实际情况来进行分析。最后从日本农协发展的外部经济性中总结经验,得出对我国农民合作社发展有益的启示。
As the basic agricultural organization with the widest coverage in the countryside of Japan,Japanese Agricultural Cooperatives（JA）plays an important role in the development of Japanese agricultural economy.Based on the review of relevant literature,this paper analyzes the external economy and its specific performance of JA,which provides a rational view of the advantages and characteristics of the development of JA.The external economy of JA is analyzed from the economic,social and environmental aspects.Rainbow Agricultural Cooperative of Fukuoka is taken as an example.The experience is summed up from the external economy of JA and some inspiration is drawn for the development of farmers’ cooperatives in China.
