摘要
基于日本乡村振兴运动的研究文献,对日本的乡村振兴运动的历史背景、历程和措施等进行总结与归纳,分析该国乡村振兴战略的成功经验;提出我国应审时度势,立足国情,统筹法律建设、产业建设和人才建设三方面来推进乡村振兴战略的稳步实施。
Based on the research literature of the rural revitalization movement in Japan,the historical background,progress and countermeasures of the rural revitalization movement in Japan were summarized.The successful experiences were analyzed.Based on national conditions,China should judge the situation,and make overall plan of legal construction,industry construction and talent construction to promote the steady implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.
