摘要
随着高职院校校企合作的深度融合发展,传统的教育管理模式发生了许多新变化。文章分析了辅导员在加强学生教育管理、沟通校企关系、引导学生健康成长等方面工作的重要性,提出高职院校应规范辅导员的职业能力标准,培养和提升辅导员的核心职业能力,以此不断增强大学生思想政治教育工作的实效,促进校企合作育人的质量。
With the in-depth development of school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges, many changes have taken place to traditional educational modes. This article analyzes the important roles counselors play in strengthening students ’ education and management,coordinating the cooperation between schools and enterprises and guiding the healthy growth of students. In addition, it proposes that higher vocational colleges should regulate the professional ability standards of counselors as well as cultivate and promote their core professional ability,which is expected to help improve the ideological and political education work for college students and the quality of school-enterprise cooperation in education.
