摘要
目的:探讨红光照射治疗对肛周脓肿术后的创面愈合及缓解疼痛的效果观察。方法:选取2015年2月-2016年3月在本院行切开引流手术治疗的肛周脓肿患者72例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组36例。对照组采用常规换药治疗、护理及健康宣教,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用红光照射治疗。比较两组患者术后24 h、3 d和7 d的创面疼痛程度、水肿、渗液评分及愈合时间等指标。结果:治疗后,两组患者的治愈率和好转率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后24 h,两组患者的创面疼痛评分、创面水肿评分及创面渗液评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);而在术后3 d和术后7 d,治疗组患者的创面疼痛评分、创面水肿评分及创面渗液评分均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者的住院天数和创面愈合时间均明显少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。术后随访两组患者均未出现并发症。结论:红光照射治疗可缓解肛周脓肿术后创面疼痛,减轻水肿程度,减少创面渗液及缩短创面的愈合时间,对创面的愈合具有良好的促进作用,且该方法操作简单,值得临床推广与应用。
Objective：To investigate the effect of red light irradiation on wound healing and pain relief after perianal abscess.Method：72 cases with perianal abscess who underwent incision and drainage surgery in our hospital from February 2015 to March 2016 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,36 cases in each group.The control group was given the conventional treatment,nursing and health education,the treatment group was added with red light irradiation treatment on the basis of the control group.The pain,edema,infiltration scores and healing time were compared between the two groups at 24 h,3 days and 7 days after operation.Result：After treatment,the cure rate and improvement rate of the two groups were compared,the differences were not statistically significant（P〉0.05）.24 hours after surgery,the wound pain,edema and exudate scores of two groups with effusion were compared,there were no significant differences（P〉0.05）;and on the 3 days and 7 days after operation,the wound pain score,wound edema score and wound exudate score of the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The treatment group patients in hospital days and wound healing time were significantly less than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Red light irradiation in the treatment of perianal abscess can relieve postoperative pain,reduce the degree of edema,reduce wound exudate and shorten the healing time of wound,and has a good promoting effect on wound healing,this method has the advantages of simple operation,it is worthy of promotion and application.
