摘要
目的:观察止痛如神汤防治伴便秘者混合痔术后相关并发症的疗效。方法:将109例伴便秘的混合痔术后患者随机分为治疗组55例和对照组54例,治疗组术后第1天开始服用止痛如神汤,对照组常规对症处理,7 d后观察患者术后出血、肛门疼痛、肛缘水肿、肛门坠胀、大便困难发生率。结果:治疗组术后出血、肛门疼痛、肛缘水肿、肛门坠胀、大便困难发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),并发症评分亦明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:止痛如神汤对伴便秘的混合痔术后相关并发症有显著的防治作用。
Objective： To observe the efficacy of Divine Pain-Relief Decoction to preventing the post-operative complica- tions of mixed hemorrhoids with astriction. Nethods： The 109 patients of mixed hemorrhoids with astriction were randomly di- vided into treatment group and control groups, 55 and 54 patients in each respectively. Patients were treated with Divine Pain-Relief Decoction from the first day post operation in treatment group, and conventional treatment in control group. The symptoms as hemorrhage, anal pain, anal swelling, anal bearing-down and astriction were observed in 7 days. Results： The ef- fective rates of the symptoms as hemorrhage, anal pain, anal swelling, anal bearing-down and astriction in treatment group was lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）, and the complication score in treatment group was also lower that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions： Divine Pain-Relief Decoction can provide significant preventive and therapeutic effects on the Post-operative Complications of Mixed Hemorrhoids with Astriction.
