摘要
介绍6.00R14LT全钢微型载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径678 mm,断面宽168 mm,行驶面宽度128 mm,行驶面弧高度4.5 mm,胎圈着合直径354.8 mm,胎圈着合宽度127 mm,断面水平轴位置(H_1/H_2)1.15,花纹深度11.0 mm,花纹饱和度75%,花纹周节数41。施工设计:胎面总宽度为155 mm,带束层为两层结构,均采用0.365+6×0.35HT钢丝帘线,胎体采用3×0.24/9×0.225+0.15钢丝帘线,采用一次法两鼓成型机成型、双模定型硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,成品轮胎的外缘尺寸、强度性能、耐久性能以及高速性能均符合相应的国家标准和企业标准要求。
The design on 6.00R14LT all steel micro truck and bus radial tire was described. In structural design,the following parameters were taken: overall diameter 678 ram, cross-sectional width 168 mm, width of running surface 128 ram, arc height of running surface 4.5 ram,bead diameter at rim seat 354.8 ram, bead width at rim seat 127 mm, maximum width position of cross-section (H1/H2) 1.15, pattern depth 11.0 mm, block/total ratio 75%, and number of pattern pitches 41. In construction design, the following processes were taken:total tread width 155 mm, two layers of 0. 365 + 6 × 0.35HT steel cord for belt, 3 × 0.24/9 × 0. 225 + 0.15 steel cord for carcass, using single-stage two-drum building machine to build tire and double mold vulcanizing machine to cure tire. It was confirmed by the finished tire test that, the inflated peripheral dimension, strength performance, endurance and high speed performance met the requirements of national and enterprise standards.
