摘要 介绍12.4-54中耕农业轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径1 903 mm,断面宽300 mm,行驶面宽度285mm,行驶面弧高度20 mm,胎圈着合直径1 374 mm,胎圈着合宽度279 mm,断面水平轴位置(H_1/H_2)0.678,花纹深度38 mm,花纹饱和度30%,花纹周节数36。施工设计:胎面采用两方四块结构,缓冲层采用2层1400dtex/2V_2锦纶6浸胶帘布,胎体采用6层高强度1400dtex/2V_1锦纶6浸胶帘布,采用半鼓式成型机成型、立式硫化罐硫化。成品轮胎试验结果表明,轮胎的外缘尺寸和物理性能均满足设计和国家标准要求。 The design on 12.4 - 54 cultivation agriculture tire was described. In structural design, the following parameters were taken: overall diameter 1 903 ram, cross-sectional width 300 ram, width of running surface 285 ram, arc height of running surface 20 mm, bead diameter at rim seat 1 374 mm, bead width at rim seat 279 ram, maximum width position of cross-section (H~/H2) 0. 678, pattern depth 38 mm, block/total ratio 30%, and number of pattern pitches 36. In construction design, the following processes were taken: two-formula and four-piece tread, 2 layers of 1400dtex/2V2 nylon 6 dipped cord for breaker ply, 6 layers of high strength 1400dtex/2V1 nylon 6 dipped cord for carcass ply, using semi-drum building machine to build tire and vertical vulcanizer to cure tire. It was confirmed by the finished tire test that, the inflated peripheral dimension and physical properties met the requirements of the design and national standard.
