摘要
使用Microsoft的VFW软件包,讨论并设计在Windows平台下如何使用VFW实现视频信号的捕获采集、压缩解压与录制播放的方案,并给出了重要的程序源代码。
In this paper,the scheme about video signal processing is discussed and designed,and some of the important source codes are also presented.[
