简述了远程监控系统的发展和技术要求,并基于目前流行的H.264编码格式和RTP协议探讨了远程监控的网络管理模块的视频传输与控制设计思路和方案.
This paper describes the technical requirements and the development of remote monitoring system.And it explores the programs and design ideas of video transmission and control of the remote monitoring network management module based on currently popular H.264 encoding format and RTP protocol.
