摘要 为探索提高网站服务质量的对策,从用户角度出发,对招聘网站的服务质量进行了用户满意度研究。首先,对问卷数据进行描述性分析、关联规则分析,得出招聘网站的使用人群特征;在此基础上,使用因子分析方法总结出影响招聘网站满意度的五大因素——信息内容质量、资源多样性、易用性、响应性、安全/可靠性,并利用这五大因子构建出结构方程模型;然后使用Amos软件对招聘网站服务满意度进行实证研究并得出结论,根据结论有针对性地为招聘网站提高服务满意度提出了一系列可行的建议,从而有助于促进招聘类网站的建设。 In order to figure out the strategies about how to improve the service of recruitment websites, this paper conducts user satisfaction survey about the recruitment website's service quality from the perspective of users. Firstly, this paper makes descriptive analysis and association rules analysis of the questionnaire data, and gets the use crowd characteristics of recruitment websites; on this basis, uses factor analysis method to sum up the five factors that affect the satisfaction of recrultment websites, including information content quality, resource diversity, ease of use, responsiveness, security / reliability, and uses the five factors to construct the structural equation model ; then uses Amos software to make empirical research on service satisfaction of recruitment websites and come to conclusion, according to the conclusion, puts forward a series of feasible suggestions to improve service satisfaction of recruitment website, so as to contribute to the construction of recruitment websites.
