摘要
为了对网站进行客观的用户满意度评价,本文首先分析了用户的搜索过程和各类网站的特点以找出影响用户满意度的因素。然后从用户和网站的交互过程着手,研究了用户的搜索行为,总结出用户评价网站的一些标准,提出了用户满意度的评价模型和体系结构。最后,结合从第三方监测机构得到的数据,提出了一套评价网站用户满意度的方法和公式。对本方法的局限性和今后的研究方向也进行了说明。
In order to make an objective evaluation of users ' satisfaction with website, this article firstly analyzes the users 'searching process and the characteristics of various websites to find out the factors affecting users ' satisfaction, Then, beginning with the interaction between users and websites, this article makes a study of users ' searching behaviors, summarizes some evaluating criteria, and puts forward an evaluation framework. Finally, with the data from the third-party supervisor, the article brings forward a set of evaluating method and formula. The limitations of this method and directiom for future study are also presented.
