摘要
目的评估和判定热毒宁、人免疫球蛋白同时应用于重症手足口病(HFMD)患儿的治疗效果。方法选取180例手足口病患儿,80例接受利巴韦林治疗的患儿为对照组,100例接受人免疫球蛋白+热毒宁治疗的患儿为观察组,回顾性分析2组疗效。结果观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,2组患儿IL-6水平、CRP水平、CK-MB水平、CK水平均有明显降低(P<0.05),观察组各指标显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论热毒宁+人免疫球蛋白治疗重症HFMD疗效更理想,患儿症状消退更快,同时不会引发严重不良反应。
Objective To evaluate and judge the efficacy of reduning combined with human immunoglobulin for children with severe hand-foot-mouth disease.Methods 180 cases of children suffering from hand-foot-mouth disease were chosen as the participants,children treated with Leigh Bhave Lin served as the control group(n=80),and children treated with human immunoglobulin+reduning as the observation group(n=100).The curative effects of the two groups were analyzed retrospectively.ResultsCompared with the control group,the observation group significantly increased efficacy(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of IL-6 and CRP,as well as the levels of CK-MB and CK in two groups significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the indexes of the observation group decreased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion Human immunoglobulin+reduning has the better curative effect on severe HFMD:children's symptoms subside faster without serious adverse events.
