摘要
目的分析早期静注人免疫球蛋白治疗重症手足口病的临床效果。方法选取我院2014年5月~2016年5月收治的重症手足口病患儿80例,依据治疗方法将这些患儿分为常规治疗组(n=40)和常规治疗联合早期静注人免疫球蛋白组(联合治疗组,n=40)两组,对患儿的临床疗效、退烧时间、精神症状改善时间、食欲改善时间及住院时间进行统计分析。结果联合治疗组患儿治疗的总有效率95.0%(38/40)显著高于常规治疗组80.0%(32/40)(P<0.05),退烧时间、精神症状改善时间、食欲改善时间及住院时间均显著短于常规治疗组(P<0.05)。结论早期静注人免疫球蛋白治疗重症手足口病的临床效果好,能够有效提高对患儿治疗的总有效率,缩短患儿的退烧时间、精神症状改善时间、食欲改善时间及住院时间,值得在临床推广使用。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of early human immunoglobulin for intravenous injection in the treatment of severe hand foot mouth disease. Methods 80 cases of severe hand, foot and mouth disease cured in pediatric critical care unit our hospital from May 2014 to May 2016 were selected. The children were divided into two groups： routine treatment group （n=40） and routine treatment combined with early human immunoglobulin for intravenous injection group （combined treatment group, n=40）. The clinical efficacy, fever time, improvement time, appetite improvement time and hospitalization time of the children were statistically analyzed. Results The total effective rate of the combined treatment group was 95% （38/40）, which was significantly higher than that of the conventional treatment group （80%） （32/40） （P ~ 0.05）. The time of fever, the improvement time of mental symptoms, the time of improving appetite and the length of hospitalization were significantly shorter than those in the routine treatment group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Early.human immunoglobulin for intravenous injection treatment of severe hand, foot and mouth disease clinical effect is good. It can effectively improve the total effective rate of the treatment of the children, shorten the time of the fever, the improvement time of the mental symptoms, the time for improving the appetite, and the time for hospitalization. It is worthy of being popularized in clinical use.
