摘要
火箭武器系统的起始扰动对其射击密集度有重要影响,是火箭炮设计的一个关键指标。该文通过分析火箭武器系统起始扰动的形成原因,研究了起始扰动与火箭炮发射系统刚度的关系。发现火箭炮起落架以上部分的刚度过大不仅造成发射系统的结构变形,还改变火箭炮的振动形态和规律。在此基础上,进行了起始扰动与火箭炮发射系统的刚度匹配分析。认为在进行火箭炮结构设计时,为了控制火箭武器系统的起始扰动,应考虑同时降低发射系统的变形量和火箭弹的起始摆动角速度,并以此为依据来选择发射系统的合理刚度。
The initial disturbances of the rocket weapon system have great impact on its fire intensity,so it is a key parameter for the rocket structure design. In this paper, the relationship between the initial disturbance and the stiffness of the rocket launch system is studied through analyzing the formation process of the initial disturbance of the rocket weapon system. It is found thatthe excessive stiffness of structures above the landing gear of the rocket causes the structuredeformation of the launch system and changes the shape and pattern and the law of the vibration of the rocket. On this basis,the matching of the initial disturbance and the stiffness of the rocket launch system is analyzed. The conclusions are drawn that,in order to control the initial disturbance of the rocket weapon system, the reasonable stiffness of the launch system should be determined by reducing both the deformation of the launch system and the initial oscillating angular velocity of the rocket simultaneous during the design of rocket structures.
