摘要
目的 :观察万拉法新对广泛性焦虑的疗效和副反应。 方法 :对 6 0例临床诊断为广泛性焦虑的病人用万拉法新治疗 4周 ;采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表 (HAMA)评价其疗效 ;不良反应症状量表(TESS)评价副反应。 结果 :万拉法新治疗广泛性焦虑的有效率为 76 7% ,痊愈率为 5 5 0 % ,副反应较轻。 结论 :万拉法新对焦虑症治疗安全而有效 ,尤其适用于老年人。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and side effects of venlafaxine in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder (GAD). Method:60 patients with a diagnosis of generalized anxiety disorder according to CCMD 2 R were treated with venlafaxine for four weeks.Effects and side effects were evaluated with Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA) and treatment emergent symptoms scale (TESS). Results:The rate of full recovery from GAD was 55.0% with venlafaxine,and improvment rate was 76.7%.Side effects were slight. Conclusion:Venlafaxine is an effective and safe antianxiety drug and suitable to old patients.
