摘要
文章采用问卷法对湖北省特校(机构)师资现状与需求进行调查。结果显示:湖北省特殊教育师资数量不足,"五类"岗位中康复类教师的比例偏低;康复类教师存在较大需求,其中物理训练师的需求最大;有语言训练、物理治疗、作业治疗、游戏治疗等专项功底专本毕业生最为紧缺;用人单位对襄阳职业技术学院特殊教育专业毕业生的满意度高。文章提出完善对接特校(机构)人才需求的专业结构调整机制,构建以素养养成为根本的课程体系和"医教结合"人才培养模式,打造德艺双馨的四类"教练型"专业团队,构建学生技能有序递进的"层次—模块"实践教学体系,建立"前后融合"的专业师资培训体系等是专业改革的有效对策。
The paper investigates the status quo and demands for teachers in Hubei Special Schools or Institutions using the method of questionnaire. The results shows that special education teachers in Hubei Province are not enough, and teachers on rehabilitation are in great demand with physical trainers the most; graduates with language training, physical treatment, game treatment and other special skills are in short sup-ply. The employers are very satisfied with our college graduates. The paper perfects the specialty structure adjustment mechanism to meet the demands of special schools ( Institutions), constructs a literacy-oriented curriculum system and a personnel training mode combining teaching with medical education, builds a profes-sional team with skills and morals and a practice teaching system and establishes professional teachers' train-ing system and so on, which are the effective countermeasures for the specialty reform.
