摘要
目的观察保心安胶囊联合常规西药治疗射血分数保留性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法将60例射血分数保留性心力衰竭患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,在治疗原发病基础上,对照组给予美托洛尔缓释片、卡托普利、氢氯噻嗪片口服,治疗组在对照组基础上给予保心安胶囊口服(3粒/次,3次/d),2组均以30 d为1个疗程。治疗结束后评定2组疗效,并观察2组治疗前后心功能分级、尿量、呼吸、血压、心率、体质量、6 min步行试验(6MWT)距离和血浆N末端B型利钠肽原(NT-pro BNP)水平变化情况。结果治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后2组尿量及6MWT距离均明显增加(P均<0.05),呼吸、血压、心率、体质量及血浆NT-pro BNP水平均明显降低(P均<0.05),且治疗组上述各指标改善情况均明显优于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论保心安胶囊联合常规西药治疗可明显改善射血分数保留性心力衰竭患者的临床症状,提高6MWT距离,降低NT-pro BNP水平,提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广应用。
Objective It is to observe the clinical effect of Baoxinan capsule combined with normal western medicine on heart failure with normal ejection fraction. Methods 60 patients with heart failure with normal ejection fraction were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, based on the treatment for primary disease, the control group was given meto- prolol, enalapril and hydrochlorothiazide tablets by oral administration, additionally the treatment group was added with Baoxi- nan capsule（3 pills/time, 3 times/d） , both groups were treated for 30 days. The changes of heart function classification, u-rine output, respiration, blood pressure, heart rate, body mass, 6 min walk test （6 MWT） distance and plasma NT-proBNP level before and after treatment were observed and the curative effects were evaluated in both groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment, 6 MWT distance and u- rine output were significantly increased （P 〈 0.05） , while respiration, blood pressure, heart rate, body mass and the level of plasma NT-proBNP were significantly decreased（P 〈 0.05 ） in both groups, and the improvements of above indicators in the treatment group were better than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Baoxinan capsule combined with normal western medicine can significantly improve clinical symptoms, 6 MWT distance and quality of life, down-regulate NT-proBNP in patients with heart failure with normal ejection fraction, it worthy of clinical popularization and application.
