摘要
在高等教育由精英教育迈向大众化教育的转型时期,普通高等学校面对教育基础存在较大差异的学生群体,既要培养满足社会需求的大众化合格人才,又要加强优秀大学生群体的培养。优秀大学生是大学生群体中的先进分子,在校期间发挥着重要作用。对优秀大学生群体的需求调查和培养研究,有利于促进人才培养质量的提高。本文以材料科学与工程学院优秀大学生为研究对象,开展现状与需求调研,探索院系如何加强优秀大学生的培养工作。
In the period of transition of higher education from elite education to mass education,students face basic education differences between colleges and universities,it is necessary to develop to meet the social needs of the popularization of qualified personnd,but also to strengthen the cultivation of excellent college students. Excellent college students are the advanced elements in the group of college students. The investigation and research on the needs of the outstanding college students is helpful to improve the quality of personnel training, In this paper,the college ofmatetials science and engineering college students as the research object,to carry out the current situation and needs of research,to explore how to strengthen the college and university students training.
