摘要
本文在分析传统畜禽与水产品加工工艺学实验课教学现状的基础上,解析了其存在的问题。本文还结合教学实践,并根据食品相关专业学生能力培养需求,对畜禽与水产品加工工艺学实验课从教学内容、教学方法与教学模式等方面进行了教学改革的探讨。
Based on the analysis of teaching status quo of traditional experimental course of technology of livestock, poultry and fisheries processing, the existing problems were analyzed. Based on the teaching practice and according to the requirement ofability training of the food related students,the teaching innovation on teaching content,teaching method and teaching patterns in experimental course of technology of livestock,poultry and fisheries processing were discussed in this paper.
