摘要
应用型本科高校走应用技术大学的发展之路是必然趋势,但人才培养方案和课程内容与市场脱节、师资队伍工程实践能力不强、学生实习实践基地缺乏等问题严重制约了应用技术大学的发展。江西理工大学应用科学学院通过深入开展校企合作,积极探索校企协同育人机制,提高人才培养质量。
The application universities move towards the development path of application technology university is an inevitable trend. However, some practical problems such as the talent training scheme and the curriculum content out of touch with the market,teachers＇ engineering practice ability is insufficient and student＇s practical bases are short seriously restrict the development of application technology university. College of applied science of Jiangxi University of Science and Technology carries out school enterprise cooperation,and actively explores the cooperative education mechanism of enterprises,improves the quality of personnel training.
