摘要
提出了采用分隔壁萃取精馏塔分离乙醇—碳酸二甲酯共沸物的新工艺,利用Aspen Plus软件对该工艺进行了模拟。采用单因素灵敏度分析模块对6个关键工艺条件进行了优化并确定了最佳工艺条件。与常规的双塔及带侧线的单塔萃取精馏工艺相比,再沸器热负荷分别降低42.97%和20.68%,达到了节能降耗、减少设备投资的良好效果。
A new separation process of ethanol and dimethyl carbonate azeotrope by p extractive dividing wall column was proposed. The process was simulated by Aspen Plus software. The single factor sensitivity analysis module was used to optimize the six key process conditions and determined the optimal conditions. Compared with the conventional twin towers and single-column with lateral line extraction distillation process, the reboiler heat duty is reduced by 42.97 % and 20.68 % respectively. So that the energy saving is reduced and the equipment investment is reduced.
