摘要
碳酸二甲酯(DMC)是一种环保型化工原料。以聚乙二醇型过渡金属双子离子液体PEG_(1000)-DAIL[Zn Cl3]为催化剂,催化尿素醇解合成碳酸二甲酯。该催化剂具有良好的催化性能,在反应温度为160℃,反应时间为4 h,离子液体与尿素摩尔比为2︰10,尿素与甲醇摩尔比为1︰20时,DMC的收率达到48%。离子液体PEG1000-DAIL[Zn Cl3]经过真空干燥除水后,重复使用五次,其催化性能没有明显的变化,可以保持稳定的DMC的收率。
Dimethyl carbonate (DMC) is a kind of environmental friendly chemical material. In this paper, alcoholysis of urea to DMC catalyzed by PEG 1000-based dicationic ionic liquid based on transition metal PEG1000-DAIL[ZnCl3] has been described. The results indicated that the catalytic system presented the highest catalytic activity in the case of 160℃, 4 h, 2/10 mass ratio of ionic liqiud/urea and 1/20 mass ratio of urea/methanol, the yield of DMC reached 48 %. The ionic liquid PEG1000-DAIL[ZnCl3] can be recycled for five times without obviously decreasing the catalytic activity after vacuum drying dehydration and the stability of the yield of DMC can be maintained.
