摘要
包边宽度是在包边工艺设计时必须确定的重要工艺参数。目前仅采用中性层长度不变的方法进行估算没有考虑板料在弯曲过程中的塑性变形,精度较差。对板料弯曲变形中的应变进行分析,分析了包边宽度的变化原因,综合考虑了板料在弯曲过程中的减薄及折边区板料的变形,同时引入包边过程中的尺寸变动,结合解析计算,提出了一种包边宽度计算方法,经有限元仿真及自制实验平台分别进行验证,该方法具有较高的计算精度,可为工程师在工艺设计时提供有效参考。
Hemming width is a crucial parameter in hemming process design. Based on fixed length of neutral level,existing method is inaccurate regardless of plastic deformation in bending process. Through strain analysis of the material in bending process,the factors which can influence hemming width was analyzed,then in consideration of sheet thinning in bending area and deformation in flanging area,together with dimensional deviation in hemming process,through an analytical method,a new hemming width calculation method was established,which has a high precision proved by both finite element analysis simulation and experiment on self-build platform. It can be a useful reference for engineers in hemming process design.
