摘要
侧围外板是轿车覆盖件中最复杂、模具调试周期最长的零件。分析了某车型侧围外板的拉深件成形过程,并结合有限元模拟,探讨了实际生产调试过程中出现的开裂部位、起皱部位、滑移线以及面畸变缺陷等问题,并给出了调整处理办法和解决方案。通过数值模拟,准确地预测成形缺陷,对侧围模具的调试优化工作具有实际指导意义。
Side-panel is the most complicated part of the automobile panel and it costs long time to get qualified part.A study case of the side-panel in drawing process was discussed based on sheet metal forming simulation.Some defects,such as cracks,wrinkle,skid line and surface deviation on the parts were introduced during the try-out and trial-production,and solutions were put forward based on FEM simulation.It will be helpful to the try-out and the optimization of the side-panel die.
