摘要
目的分析未足月胎膜早破期待治疗的应用与临床意义。方法选取我院2016年1月—2017年2月收治的未足月胎膜早破患者80例作为研究对象。根据治疗方法分组,将其分为两组,每组各40例。常规治疗组采用常规方法进行治疗,期待治疗组则给予期待治疗。比较两组孕妇产褥感染率、宫内感染率;期待治疗时间;新生儿感染等不良结局发生率。结果期待治疗组孕妇产褥感染率、宫内感染率低于常规治疗组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);期待治疗组期待治疗时间短于常规治疗组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);期待治疗组新生儿感染等不良结局发生率低于常规治疗组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论未足月胎膜早破期待治疗的应用与临床效果确切,可缩短期待治疗时间,减少母婴不良结局的发生,安全有效。
Objective To analyze the application and clinical significance of the treatment of premature rupture of membranes with premature rupture of membranes. Methods 80 cases of preterm premature rupture of membranes treated in our hospital from January 2016 to February 2017 were selected as the research objects. According to the treatment method, they were divided into two groups, 40 cases in each group. The conventional treatment group received conventional treatment, and expectant treatment group was given expectant treatment. The puerperal infection rate, intrauterine infection rate, expectant treatment time, and incidence of neonatal infection were compared between the two groups. Results Expectant treatment group pregnant women puerperal infection rate, intrauterine infection rate was lower than the conventional treatment group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05); Expectant treatment group expected treatment time was shorter than the conventional treatment group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05); The incidence of adverse events such as neonatal infection in the expectant treatment group was lower than that in the conventional treatment group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The application and clinical effect of premature rupture of membranes is expected to be shorten the expectation of treatment time and reduce the occurrence of maternal and child bad outcome. It is safe and effective.
