摘要
目的探讨左乙拉西坦(LEV)与奥卡西平(OXC)联用对部分性癫痫发作(PS)患儿脑电图和认知功能的影响。方法根据抛掷硬币分组法将2016年1月至2019年1月收治的60例PS患儿分为对照组(28例)和研究组(32例)。对照组服用OXC,研究组服用LEV和OXC。比较两组癫痫控制效果、脑电图痫样放电改善情况、血清指标、认知功能及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组癫痫控制效果和脑电图痫样放电改善效果均优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组血清HMGB1、NSE水平低于对照组,VIQ、BIQ、FIQ评分高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论LEV和OXC联合治疗PS安全可靠,可有效控制患儿痫样放电频率和癫痫发作频率,改善患儿认知功能。
Objective To investigate the effects of combined use of levetiracetam(LEV)and oxcarbazepine(OXC)on encephlogram and cognitive function in children with partial seizures(PS).Methods A total of 60 children with PS admitted from January 2016 to January 2019 were divided into control group(28 cases)and study group(32 cases)by coin toss grouping method.The control group taken OXC,the study group taken LEV and OXC.The effects of epilepsy control,improvement effect of encephlogram eplieptiform discharge,serum indexes,cognitive function and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The seizure control effect and the improvement effect of encephlogram eplieptiform discharge in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum HMGB1 and NSE of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the VIQ,BIQ,and FIQ scores were higher than those of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The combination of LEV and OXC in the treatment of PS is safe and reliable,which can effectively control the frequencies of epileptiform discharge and seizure of children,and improve children's cognitive function.
