摘要
目前,高职学生心理健康教育存在课程目标错位,内容枯燥,教学方法单一等不足。积极心理学导向是心理学发展的需要,是高职学生心理健康教育的现实需求,也是学生素质教育的需要。树立积极心理学的教育理念,以提升学生的积极心理资本为教学目标,以积极心理资本四种心理特质为教学内容,以体验式为主的教学方式,实现积极心理学导向的高职学生心理健康教育。
At present,there are many problems in education of psychological health of higher vocational students,such as the dislocation of course,boring content and monotonous teaching methods. Positive psychological orientation is the need of psychological development,the requirement of higher vocational students' mental health education and the students' quality education.To achieve positive psychological-oriented higher vocational psychological health education,we should establish the concept of positive psychology education aiming at enhancing students' positive psychological,take four mental traits of positive psychological capital as the teaching contents,and adopt the experience-centered teaching method.
