摘要
积极心理健康教育核心任务是培养积极心理品质,终极目标是奠基幸福有成人生。本研究通过对全国各地10万名大中小学生分层抽样调查,建立了1个全国万人数据库以及东北、华北、华东、华中、华南、西南、西北七大区域数据库,建立了全国性常模。研究结果表明,我国大中小学生积极心理品质总体水平良好,各类积极心理品质"低水平"的人数比例很低;但在个别积极心理品质上需要有针对性地加强培养。不同学段、性别、年级和区域学生在各维度表现出各自不同的发展特点。根据当前中国青少年儿童积极心理品质发展现状,提出了积极心理健康教育奠基幸福有成人生的基本对策。
Positive mental health education shoulders the core task of cultivating positive psychological characters, and aims to achieve the ultimate goal of laying a good foundation for a happy and successful life. This study, by means of a sampling survey of 100,000 students in institutions of higher learning, and primary and sec- ondary schools throughout China, has built a national database, 7 regional databases, and a national norm. Ac- cording to the results, the students have in general positive psychological characters, but need to receive training on certain positive psychological characters; those in different academic years or regions or with different sex show various developmental characteristics. In conclusion, based on the current development of the positive psychological characters of Chinese children, the author raises the basic strategy of laying a good foundation for a happy and successful life through positive mental health education.
