摘要
目的:探讨采用康惠尔水胶体敷料治疗浅Ⅱ度烫伤的效果。方法:选取52例浅Ⅱ度烫伤的患者为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组,各26例。试验组采用康惠尔水胶体敷料治疗创面,对照组采用磺胺嘧啶银霜,比较两组患者的换药频率、疼痛评分及创面愈合天数。结果:试验组患者换药频率、疼痛评分及创面愈合天数明显低于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:康惠尔水胶体敷料治疗浅Ⅱ度烫伤患者,能有效降低换药时的疼痛,促进创面愈合。
Objective To explore curative effect of Comfeel hydrocolloid dressings in the treatment of superficial Ⅱ degree scald. Method 52 cases of superficial Ⅱ degree scald patients were selected,they were randomly divided into treatment group（ 26 patients） using Comfeel hydrocolloid dressings and comparative group（ 26 patients） using Sulfadiazine-Ag Cream,The frequency of dressing changes,pain score and the wounds healing time were compared between the two groups. Results Comparing with comparative group,the treatment group had less frequency of dressing changes,lower pain score,shorter time of healing up（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The Comfeel hydrocolloid dressings in the treatment of superficial Ⅱ degree scald patients,which can reduce the pain during dressing changes and promote wounds healing up.
