摘要
目的观察冬病夏治穴位贴敷治疗小儿哮喘缓解期的临床疗效。方法选择2013年1月至2015年8月在我院收治的80例哮喘缓解期患儿,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各40例。对照组给予布地奈德气雾剂吸入治疗,1喷/次,3次/d,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上给予冬病夏治穴位贴敷治疗,于农历初伏开始贴敷于患儿双侧定喘、肺俞、膏肓、脾俞穴位,每次敷贴30 min,每4 d治疗1次。2组共治疗30 d后观察临床疗效和白细胞介素-4(IL-4),肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)水平的改善情况。结果治疗组总有效率为92.5%,明显高于对照组的77.5%,经统计学分析,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.414,P=0.036)。治疗后,2组血清IL-4,TNF-α水平均明显降低,IFN-γ水平明显升高,与同组治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组上述指标改善幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论冬病夏治穴位贴敷治疗小儿哮喘缓解期临床疗效显著,能明显改善血清IL-4,TNF-α及IFN-γ水平,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of infantile asthma in remission treated with point application therapy in ＂winter disease cured in summer＂.Methods 80 cases of children with asthma in remission of our hospital from January 2013 to August 2015 were randomly divided into control group and therapy group with 40 cases in each.The control group was given Budesonide Formoterol Powder inhalant three times a day,while the therapy group was given point application therapy in patients＇ Dingchuan（EX-B1）,Feishu（BL13）,Gaohuang（BL43）,Pishu（BL20） from Chufu（first dog-days） for 30 minutes,once four days.After 30 days therapy,observed clinical efficacy and improvement of IL-4,TNF-α and IFN-γ from patients in two groups.Results The total effective rate of therapy group and control group was 92.5% and 77.5% respectively with significant difference（P〈0.05）.After treatment,two groups＇ serum IL-4,TNF-α reduced significantly,the degree of IFN-γ increased obviously,there was statistically significant difference comparing before treatment（P〈0.05）.These data in therapy group improved much more than these in control group with statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Point application therapy in ＂winter disease cured in summer＂can treat infantile asthma in remission effectively by improving serum IL-4,TNF-α and FN-γ obviously,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
