摘要
[目的/意义]知识生命周期理论为公共卫生知识管理提供新的研究思路。知识的有效管理对公共卫生类突发事件应急管理工作的开展至关重要,亟需系统的知识管理体系来指导具体的管理活动。[方法/过程]本文首先剖析了我国公共卫生类突发事件的知识管理及生命周期的研究现状,在此基础上,构建了支持知识全生命周期的公共卫生类突发事件应急知识管理体系,最后,探讨了公共卫生类突发事件应急知识管理体系面临的关键问题。[结果/结论]通过对公共卫生知识进行生命周期管理,厘清第四范式环境下卫生知识生命周期各个环节,为公共卫生类突发事件应急管理工作的开展提供参考。
[Purpose/significance]The knowledge life cycle theory provides new research ideas for public health knowledge management. The effective management of knowledge is essential to the emergency management of public health emergency. It needs a systematic knowledge management system to guide the specific management activities.[Method/process]Firstly,this paper analyzed the research status of life cycle and the knowledge management of public health emergency. Secondly,this paper constructed the public health emergency knowledge management system that supported the full life cycle of knowledge. Finally,this paper discussed the key problems of the public health emergency knowledge management system.[Result/conclusion]Through the life cycle management of public health knowledge,it clarified the segment of health knowledge life cycle in the fourth paradigm environment,and provided reference for the emergency management of public health emergency.
