摘要
区域经济协同发展是一项综合且具有深远意义的国家发展战略,在推动区域经济协同发展进程中,将培养高校人才放在更加关键的战略位置上,是优化教育资源配置、促进区域经济协同发展的重要举措。文章从区域经济协同发展的背景和意义、面临的机遇和挑战出发,针对区域经济所特有的人才需求特征和联合培养方式,以京津冀经济区和宁镇扬经济区为例,探讨了区域经济协同发展下培养高校人才的路径:首先应当确立人才培养方向,其次要全面建立协同培养机制,最后是实现区域教育均衡发展。
Regional economic synergistic development is a comprehensive national development strategy with extremely profound significance. In the process of accelerating the development, placing university talents cultivation in the more critical strategy location is an important measure for optimizing education resource allocation and promoting the regional economic synergistic development. This article proceeds from the background and significance of Regional economic synergistic development and opportunities and chal-lenges it presents, aims specifically at the unique demand for talents and joint cultivation modes of the regional economy, takes the case of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and Nanjing-Zhenjiang-Yangzhou economic zone, discusses the cultivation path of talents in universities under Regional economic synergistic development, and draws several conclusions. First, establish the direction of talents cultivation; next, build synergistic cultivation system completely; at last, realize balanced regional development.
